— What You Need to Know

1 Eligibility

To register and use Win388 you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Win388 strictly does not allow access to anyone under the age of 18 for any reason.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate accounts, automated accounts, and bot-controlled accounts are not permitted.
• You must be the named account holder. Win388 accounts are personal and non-transferable — you cannot register on behalf of another person.
• You must not already hold another active Win388 account. Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice and any balance may be forfeited.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• Win388 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

Win388 does not provide services where online gaming platforms are prohibited by applicable law. It is your personal responsibility to check whether using Win388 is permitted under the rules and regulations applicable to you before registering.

2 Account Registration

When you create a Win388 account you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. Providing false information at registration — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• Each player may hold only one Win388 account. Multiple accounts registered by the same person are treated as duplicate accounts and may all be closed.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Win388 will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials private.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Win388 support immediately via live chat. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporary account suspension for your protection.
• Win388 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if a breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected.
• Account balances are held in PKR. Win388 does not hold player funds in interest-bearing accounts and does not pay interest on account balances.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Win388 processes all deposits and withdrawals in PKR. The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards, and mobile wallets. Specific minimum and maximum amounts for each payment method are displayed on the Deposit page.

• You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or payment methods that do not belong to you are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Win388 balance within a short time after the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Win388 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking systems.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed by Win388's payments team before being processed. Processing times vary by VIP tier and the payment method selected. Standard processing applies to Bronze and Silver members; priority and express processing applies to higher VIP tiers.
• Win388 may request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard security and anti-fraud measure. Refusal to provide requested documentation may result in a withdrawal being delayed or declined.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts registered in your own name and matching the payment details on your Win388 account. Win388 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Win388 reserves the right to apply a bonus wagering review before processing a withdrawal where applicable bonus terms require it.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

Win388 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, VIP tier bonuses, and sport-specific promotions during events such as PSL and T20 international series.

• Each bonus offer has specific terms including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus funds. These terms are displayed at the point the bonus is offered and must be read and understood before accepting.
• Bonuses are credited to your account for the purposes of entertainment and extended play, not as guaranteed withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• One bonus may be active at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly states that multiple bonuses can run simultaneously.
• Win388 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered through at the time of the change.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, will be voided. Any winnings generated from fraudulently obtained bonuses will also be voided.
• Win388's decisions on bonus eligibility, wagering completion, and bonus-related disputes are final.

5 Gameplay Rules

Win388 offers slot games, fish shooting games, sports betting including Cricket, PSL, T20, Football and Esports, and other gaming content. The following rules apply across all game categories:

• All bets and wagers are placed at your own risk. You accept that gaming involves an element of chance and that losses are a normal and expected part of the experience.
• Bets confirmed and accepted by Win388 are binding. Bets placed in error by the player cannot be reversed once confirmed.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game or bet, Win388 will use available records to determine the outcome. Win388's determination in such cases is final.
• Win388 does not accept responsibility for losses resulting from the player's own internet connection issues, device failures, or power outages.
• Sports betting odds and markets are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed and confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet.
• Win388 reserves the right to void bets where a manifest pricing error is identified, or where suspicious betting patterns suggest abuse of the platform or a specific market.

6 VIP Programme

Win388 operates a five-tier VIP programme — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier progression is based on cumulative PKR deposit activity. Specific tier thresholds and associated benefits are detailed on the VIP page.

• VIP tier upgrades are applied automatically when the relevant deposit threshold is reached. No application or opt-in is required from the player.
• VIP benefits including enhanced bonus rates, priority withdrawals, birthday bonuses, and dedicated account management are available from the tier at which they are listed and do not apply retroactively to previous play.
• Win388 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, benefits, and programme structure at any time. Changes will be communicated on the VIP page. Tier status earned prior to a change will be honoured for the remainder of the qualifying period.
• VIP status is awarded to individual accounts and is non-transferable.
• Abuse of VIP programme benefits, including attempting to qualify through fraudulent deposits or multi-account stacking, will result in VIP status being removed and accounts being closed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Win388 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to give an unfair advantage in gameplay, bet placement, or bonus harvesting.
• Collusion with other players in any game or betting market for the purpose of manipulating outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or pricing errors on the platform for financial gain.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment documentation.
• Using Win388 for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Win388 account.
• Depositing funds from payment methods that do not belong to you.

Win388 cooperates fully with any legitimate law enforcement or financial investigation requests. Accounts suspected of involvement in prohibited activities may be frozen pending investigation without prior notice.

8 Privacy & Data

Win388 collects and processes personal data as described in the Win388 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them. By registering on Win388 you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

• Win388 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
